Restaurants.
Tables set for the meal you'll still be talking about tomorrow.
Philosophy
A dining room should disappear. The meal, the company and the moment are the point.
A restaurant is theatre with a kitchen — the ceiling height, the light on the table, the distance between seats, the sound of a room that is full but not loud. We design for the moment the food arrives and the forty minutes that follow. The room should never compete with the plate; it should hold it in quiet focus. Whether it's a fine-dining room or a neighbourhood café, the brief is the same: be the place people leave happy and return to often.
What we create
The kinds of projects.
- 01Fine-dining restaurants
- 02Casual all-day cafés and bistros
- 03Rooftop and destination bars
- 04Banqueting and private dining
How we work
Operating discipline.
Acoustic comfort
A busy restaurant should buzz, not roar. We design for conversation that lands cleanly across the table.
Kitchen-first planning
The front-of-house is the guest's experience; the back-of-house is the chef's. Both deserve the same standard.
Light as seasoning
Daylight for lunch, warm and dim for dinner, dramatic for the bar — each meal has its own lighting script.
